    Heartland Financial & Mortgage is a great company to work with if you are looking for a home mortgage. I'm a first time home buyer, and investor, who had a lot of questions and misconceptions about the mortgage process. Heartland Financial made it easy for me. My point of contact was Sadi Spalding, and I had easy access to the president, Dan Farmer during the whole process. They were both very competent and super helpful. I was able to close faster than I expected, and now I'm the proud owner of my first rental property.
