  Elena with Texan is awesome to work with, she’s very attentive and get this…she returns phone calls! Sounds simple but my lord the customer service at most places is nonexistent, it’s great work with someone who cares about the relationship with us contractors. Texan make a superior vinyl window to anything else I’ve used on my projects. The elevate window specifically, is very affordable and built at a much higher quality than plygem or the equivalent segment from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Better pricing on premium windows too, plus the turn around time is 1-2 weeks compared to 4-6 with Builder’s First Source. All around the best window company by a mile in the south Texas region
